The Illinois Departmet of Insurance states you must carry the following minimum coverages:
- Bodily Injury Liability: $25,000 per person / $50,000 per accident
- Property Damage Liability: $20,000 per accident
- Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $25,000 per person / $50,000 per accident
- Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury: Required if you purchase higher limits of Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury coverage.
These are minimums and we always recommend more adequate coverage.
